Durnstein Kennels has been awarded the Bronze and Silver Breeder's Achievement Award Medal by the German Shepherd Dog Council of Australia for supporting  the Hip Dysplasia Improvement Scheme

Durnstein German Shepherd Kennels were established in 1981 with the purchase of  an 8 weeks old puppy called Wiki . She was the very famous Aust. Ch Vinberg Iced Kiwi A C.D. Dual National WUSV Medal Winner and graded excellent select at the first Main Breed show and the foundation for Durnstein German Shepherds.

Durnstein German Shepherds are found in the bloodlines behind many successful German Shepherds kennels.

Durnstein German Shepherds have puppies available from time to time. Puppies are bred from x-rayed,  breed surveyed, excellent graded parents with show history.  Puppies are socialized and raised in a family environment. 

Durnstein puppies are registered with Dogs NSW, vaccinated, wormed, tattooed, micro chipped, & come with a comprehensive puppy information folder and ongoing support.
